Our goal while we’re here in Guayaquil is primarily not to get shot, so we’re laying low until our flight out of here to Lima.

There’s a panic button in the back seat of the taxi
Where we hid out for our stay in the gloomy, polluted city of sketchtown, Ecuador. The owner made sure to let us know specifically which streets we could walk on and until which time, bolstering our view that Ecuador is the sketchiest country we’ve visited thus far.
It’s like a high-end casado restaurant. Super expensive but pretty tasty.
Were surprised to see this when we popped in to get a jugo.
Seems to be like a local version of American fast food chains.
They had these devices that could detect which table you’re sitting at. Presumably using rfids built in to the tables?
Grabbed this near our bnb. It’s a yogurt drink with cheese buns. Pretty tasty!
